An eCommerce strategy can make or break a business. “A failure to plan is a plan to fail” as they say. Secondly, once the goals have been agreed we can then look to defining which Key Performance Indicators we need to keep an eye on to ensure we’re heading in the right direction. These can include:

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Number of Repeat Customer Visits
  • And many more

Thirdly, we can then go on to define our target market and select the platforms which will most effectively target relevant individuals. Are you going to be targeting specific geographic locations? Are you selling to other businesses (B2B) or directly to customers (B2C)? A clear target audience is extremely important as it will influence the marketing from both an organic and paid perspective.

Finally, we would create a timeline depending on the complexity of the devised strategy with different phases to be launched at specified times. Once this is constructed, we can immediately put the plan into practice!
