Student Web Designer Wins Praise for Website Opposing Comic Sans Font
A Graphic Design student in Portsmouth has won almost universal acclaim after he made a website design that is solely dedicated to railing against the constant misuse of the Comic Sans font style.
Matt Dempsey created the website comicsanscriminal.com as little more than a joke to vent his anger about the constant use of the near ubiquitous font. However within minutes of the website going live, he was already being praised by fellow web designer, bloggers and SEOP specialists the world over.
The web designers website became a trending topic on Twitter soon after, with over 10,000 users tweeting about the website.
